Horse Name: Lilly
Breed: Unknown
Gender: Mare
Age: Unknown
Color: Sorrel; white mane brown tail
Traits: Quiet, Shy, Friendly
Lilly was found wandering the streets. She took hours to capture but once caught settled right down. She is a bit shy around new people and may have a hard time adjusting to a home with very young children or large dogs. So we would like her to go to a home with only other horses or cats and older children preferably Teens.

His would be adopter decided that they didn’t want him and he is all alone. His sister, Sundancer, went to her new home yesterday and he’s lonely without her. Reason for Surrender: Needs a new home with other horses, family pets and children. |
Pumpkin (Thompson Acorn Foal #9)
Age: 1 Year Gender: Stallion Breed: AppaloosaxAPH Sire: EC Dagger Dam: Acorn Thompson (her 9th foal out of 25; part of a challenge) Traits: Aggressive, Ornery, Playful, Brave, Untrained Rescue Bio: Pumpkin was born to the Thompson family to their mare Acorn. But unfortunately he was unable to be adopted because of his aggressive attitude. He has a troubling habit of snapping at potential adopters and has been listed as "unadoptable" and could be humanely put down. The family turned to Yonna Valley in hope that Pumpkin could find a new home. We have promised them to do all we can. Pumpkin loves other horses and animals but has a bit of a trust issue with men and very young children. A home with older teenage children is preferred and a male trainer is recommended to gain his trust. We hope that he can find a wonderful and loving home. Reason For Surrender: Aggressive behavior, trust issues. Snapping issue no longer a problem. |
